English certificate

I've applied extension on 22 Mar 2017
i haven't send my english certificate with my application.
As i've already claimed points for that in my last application.As far as my understanding, no need to send with application.But my friend is insisting me to send certificate now.

Whats your opinion guys ??

if in your initial T1E application you have claimed that with valid credentials and was approved, then it is automatically met.

and my team member's "Toeic"

and we heard about toeic issue if something gone wrong with his application ?
what will happen with my application ??? any idea ??
