7 Year Child Application

Hi

I have one of my friend, who's child is born in UK and lived for 7 years here now and both parents are overstay.
Child never went to home country.

He has two questions, if some will guide us, it will really great.
1. Which application form he need to use to file application.
2. Do all the applicant use same application form.
