EEA4 - Payment Not Taken

Hi All,

My husband (the EU citizen) and I (non-EU) sent in a joint application for DCPR, which was received on 27/02/17.

It's now been nearly 5 weeks, and they have not taken payment.

At the 2 week mark, we requested our passports back, hoping this would trigger the start of the process. We received the passports, and were emailed case numbers, but no payment, no biometric letter.

Thinking that we might have missed a signature on the payment form, we sent a second copy of it, double-checked - which was received on 21/03/17 - and still nothing.

Is anyone else in our timeframe, and had payment taken from a postal application since the end of February? Is there anything that can be done, or do we just have to wait, with all of our documents held hostage, for them to decide to start our application processing, eventually?
