Is96 while flr fp pending

Hi
I am new member to this forum and it's my first post.
I applied for flr fp married British partner and child 10 year route over stayer for an year.apllication was made in august 2016 and now it's past 7 months. Application is fee waiver and biometrics done in November 2016.
Now I have received a letter is96 and need to go for reporting.
Does it mean my application is already refused or will be refused ?
Or can I still hope for a positive outcome ?
Any help appreciated .thanks

Hello, did u apply base on your child that is a British or your partner l want to know

I applied in partner route not parent route but we have a child together too.wife and child both are British by birth.

Okay. If I u apply base on your partner it will be difficult for u to have stayed in UK. Because u have oversatey. But when u apply base on your British child and your partner leaving together, there is a chance that u will be given stayed In UK.

If a couple are living together an application submitted under the FLR(FP) parent route will fail.

May be because u apply base on marriage that is why ask u to go for reporting.
