Husband British - Wife issued LTR on 10 year Partner route

Hi,

Need help and guidance.

I acquired ILR through appeal but my wife was refused with right to appeal on reason that she didn't provide English Test,

We fought appeal and judge allowed appeal. We neither provided them English Test nor salary.

She has been now issued leave to remain under 10 year partner route with exception to Paragraph EX.1 (a). Visa validity is 30 months.

I am now confused what visa we should apply for her after 30 months???

Will she need to show English and salary req at that time ?

When she can apply for Indefinite!

Or she has to apply for FLR (m) ??

I am now British with 3 kids all British.


Please guide.

If it is the ten-year route to settlement as a partner then it will be form (FLR) FP. Only be able to switch to the five-year route Form (FLR) m if you meet its requirements of language and income.
