ILR for spouse

Post by tier1-immigrant » Sat Apr 01, 2017 2:41 pm

Hi All,

I got my ILR last year and will be applying to naturalization this year. My spouse still on Tier1 G dependant which is valid until mid next year. Once I get british passport, can my wife directly apply for citizenship or does she still need to go through ILR + 1 year route to get british passport ?

Still requires ILR but doesn't have to be + 1 year.
