Changing from Fiance to Marriage Visa

Hi gang

I'm a British citizen and I've just recently got married to a Japanese woman with a fiance visa and now we want to embark on changing her immigration status.

What is the process for doing this?

Furthermore, do we also need to register our marriage in Japan?

I know we have to complete a marriage visa application but can anyone supply the weblink for this?

Additionally in May we are about to have our 1st child and we are completely unaware of the nature of the baby's status both here in the UK and Japan.

2008 has been a busy year for us both and it's about to get busier what with starting the visa process over again.
