Why doesn't your wife qualify for FLR(M) :?:

Thanks for your reply . I'm in full time job but my income only £17800. That's why I am applying in FLR (FP) form. Please advise should I send all benefits documents . Thanks.

In addition to HB, what other benefits are you claiming and in whose name?

If you claiming benefits (on low income) or your partner not meeting KOLL requirements = FLR (FP) 10 year route.

Yes, submit all those documents (original) with a covering letter explaining your situation including financial situations.

In which case it's essential that you change this to claim tax credits in JOINT NAMES before your wife submits a FLR(FP) Partner route application.

Is the Housing Benefit claimed as a single person & child rate, with the benefits office aware that your wife has no access to Public funds?

Thanks for your reply.I looked all my benefis letter. Child benefit and housing benefit in my name and child tax credit in joint name.I am receiving housing benefit as a couple. But when calculated housing benefit this based on my income and my wife income as well. For this reason can I get any exemption . Council took copy of my passport and my wife passport and her ID card when I applied for housing benefit but I am not sure they are aware or not. Thanks. Please advise.
