my Tier 2 General Visa extension was successful.

So what I did and what I submitted.

I filled up the form online on 9 March. (Form seems very simple). In the process, they will ask you to enter IHS number. If you don't have, it provides you a link. Pay the amount and will give you the IHS number and you can continue the form again.
It will ask to select date for your appinment. I selected 30 March(which was the earliest i could get) at 1 pm in one of the premium service center.
Then I printed out the completed form.
On the appoinemnt day, I took 4 things with me.
Completed form, BRP, Passport (if you have old passport, take that also), and 2 passport size photos.
They did some biometric test and took photograph.
Then within 1 hour, i was told that my VISA has been granted.
