Hello all,
I got my tier 1 enterprenuer visa after july 2014. Am due for extension this nov. I registered as a sole trader and my office rent has been paid from my personal account monthly. Would this be counted as investment?

Hello All,
any one applying for an extension as a sole proprietor/trader.
My question is, other than unaudited accounts showing the investment what other documents are required?
Do we have to submit all three year business accounts as well?

Yes, Sole traders are not required to have a business account.

Just ask a simple question to yourself , is this business expenses or not ? .If the Answer is yes. Why would you not be consider this as investments. Sole trader can use personal account for trading.

I am not knowledgeable about sole trader. How did you employ people and pay their salaries?

Where has the OP said that he has employees?
(Casa, not CR001)
Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
