Applying for child's passport, parent on LLR

Please help

Can a child apply for British passport?

Previously child applied for registration as British Citizen using Form-T.
Child already has received the certificate of registration from the HO.
Both parents are on limited leave to remain.

What documents do we need to send for the passport? Read the guidance that comes with the passport application form, page 12/13 I think.
