Can i claim Pension Credit?

I am applying for my wife settlement visa and it was refused by home office so now it is going to the court , i was gonna ask i want to apply for pension credit , will it impact the case and should i wait before the court decision to apply for pension ?

Why was the visa refused?
Char (CR001 not Casa)

They said they do not believe she is my wife so i provided picture proof from marriage to my last visit .... But they still refused so now it is going to tribunal ...

Did you submit your marriage certificate with the spouse visa application?
(Casa, not CR001)

Yes i provided everything , whats app chat log and marriage certificate original and everything ....
