Do you satisfy these requirements now?
Thank you for your reply.
Short answer,
They refused it based on 2 requirements.
1. They said based on what my representative said, I entered the UK without valid leave to enter.
2. I did not meet the financial requirements. Which was not true.
Now, I partly meet the financial requirement, as I am employed for a company that I am a director of and I do not have CT600 yet and all the other requirements to satisfy them for this kind of income.
Full story,
I cam to the UK first in 2006 as a student, studied for 2 years, met my fiancee who is my wife now and then I decided to go study in another country. I had a valid visa for over a year.
A few years later, my fiancee came to my country and we got married and lived there for about a year. Then a war started there so she left to give birth in the UK. I managed to leave the country a little while later.
I entered Bulgaria and received humanitarian protection based on the situation of my country.
Then we left Bulgaria together and entered the UK with my Bulgarian document through the immigration border desk. I didn't know whether I was allowed or not. But they allowed me to come.
I applied to claim asylum, but did not go and instead applied for transfer of refugee status.
By the time we were waiting, my wife had met the income threshold and I applied for a spouse visa using FLR(M)
They refused it and granted me 30 months based on the 120 month route and now it is due to be expired.
