IHS payment

Hi,

Made a payment via visa4uk site. At first it showed an error and after i refresh the payment went thru. However I did not receive any confirmation email regarding payment or any reference number.

Whom should I contact as regarding this. I believe confirmation emailed is required when submitting application at visa centre.

If you received a receipt of the successful payment and the online application has a tick next to IHS payment that you have nothing to worry about.

I did not receive a receipt of successful payment but there is a small tick next IHS payment.

You didn't receive any wording like this

The online payment for your Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) has been safely and securely processed by WorldPay, on behalf of UK Visas & Immigration

(UKV&I). This payment will be shown on your card/ bank statement as 'Imm Health Surcharge'.

Transaction Reference xxx

Plz advise if you have printed your application is it showing IHS reference number on print out of your visa application. Plz reply.
