Given below my Case history, Can you please guide me whether I am eligible or not.
Jan -2006 - Entered UK with WP and return back in 2008 Feb.
30 Jan -2013 - Entered UK with ICT Short term left the UK on 04 Jan 2014 for VISA Renewal.
03 FEB 2014 Came back to the UK in ICT Long term ( 2 Years )
Jan 2016 renewed for 2 years again and it expires in 2018 March.

Completing 5 years in Jan 2018.

Thanks

ILR Opened for ICT.
No it has not. Don't believe everything 'friends' tell you. You should only rely on official HO documents, per link below updated on 6th April 2017.

https://www.gov.uk/tier-2-intracompany- ... a/overview
How long you can stay

You can come to the UK with a Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) visa for up to the maximum stay allowed for your visa type, or the time given on your certificate of sponsorship plus one month, whichever is shorter.

The maximum stay for each type of Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) visa is:

Long-term Staff (if you earn more than £120,000 per year): 9 years
Long-term Staff (if you earn less than £120,000 per year): 5 years, 1 month
Graduate Trainee: 12 months
Short-term Staff: 12 months
Char (CR001 not Casa)
In life you cannot press the Backspace button!!
Please DO NOT send me a PM for immigration advice. I reserve the right to ignore the PM and not respond.
