income query for FLRm

Post by tcpip_helper » Mon Apr 10, 2017 5:16 pm

Hello All,

asking this query on behalf of my friend who got ILR on 10 years residence basis, he wants to apply for FLR(m) for his wife to switch from student dependent. his annual income is £10,250 and wife's income is £10,100.

My Question is can they show combine income to fulfill £18,600 requirement. ?

Many thanks in advance.

Yes assuming his wife isn't working more than the permitted 20 hours per week.

Tier 4 dependents are allowed to work full time. Only the main T4 visa holder would be restricted to 20 hours pw.

Tea :?:

Whoops! Brewing a cup now...

Misread as the spouse being on a Tier 4 visa and wanting to switch.
