Time frame to receive biometric enrolment letter?

Hi All,
I am a silent follower of this form , I have one simple question
How much time generally it takes for the acknowledgement letter/biometric letter to arrive once the postal application has been received by UKVI. The mode of payment was check . I sent my postal application on 10 March (Friday)and it was received on 13 th March.Its been a month and I haven't received anything neither my solicitor .. how long do I need to wait and do I need to call HO for chasing my document ?
I am expecting some valuable advise ...

I did not receive as well.applied 23rd via postal with bank draft

No one can give you an advice because your issue is not in immigration rules, HO received your documents, so you have to wait, if we say that it takes a month, maybe it will take two months, this depends on HO.
They have thousand of applications !! the frame is 15 days-2 months

Same here. Applied on 15th of March and still no acknowledgement and biometric letters.

Hi guys,

I applied sometimes mid March and after I became tired of waiting I called HO on 03001232241 then deliberately chose 'out of published standard service' option in order to speak to someone. After I have spoken to 2 different people, one of them told me to email appointmentexceptions@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk stating my name, dob, address and nationality. And if I don't get any letter within 15 working days I shoud resend another email.

Two (2) days after I sent the email I received my biometric enrollment letter. I am not entirely sure if the sent email was the reason why the biometric enrollment letter was issued but the letter was dated the same day.

I hope you'll find it helpful as well.

Applied 15th of March and Biometric and acknowledgement letters received today.
