police clearance cert tier 2

Dear all

Im on a Tier 5 changing to a Restricted Tier 2 application in the UK. For doctors, we need a police clearance cert(PCC) of the past 10 years residence. I have a PCC when I applied in 2015 which states dates from 2013-2015. The question is, do I need a fresh PCC ? I understand there may not be many facing this situation....

Hi karan,

I am in a similar situation as you. I understand PCC needs to be within 1 year. Did you need to get a new one made? What about PCC from before 2013?
