If I get British Citizenship, can I apply right away for my spouse who already has ILR?

Your spouse can apply if she fullfils all the requirements set out in the AN guidance.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.

Yeah i know but we've decided to do ours one at a time. So my question is, if my husband's application is successful can I then apply as the spouse of a British citizen right away? Or are there any rules around this?

Yes you can, if you meet all the requirements, ie absence limit, physically present in the UK 3 years immediately preceding application date etc.
