All Pakistani applicants waiting for initial approval

Dear All,

well i m starting tis thread as to gather all pakistani applicants who have already applied for initial HSMP approval and jus waiting n waiting..

its been 10 weeks and i m jus waitin n waitin...i think marrajwasim, magic and other all r waiting...

plz keep posted ur status so that we can atleast read tis thread to kill our waitin time...

Hey Immaad,

well i didnt work part time but i worked for 2 employers during last 12 months of ma claim period..so i provided along wit ma payslips and ITR letters from ma both employers...

Hi, Its Azfer From PK, My timelines are as follows;

Applied through UK based Consultant = 25th Jan 08
Application Received by HO as per email reply = 1st Feb 08
Reference # received through on email request= 5th Feb 08
Status = Waiting . . .....

i applied yesterday - actually handed over documents to TCS for UK. Lets see when i get reference #.

Hi Guys
Well m also waiting for the initial Approval n its been 9th week since i applied, n as far as to ma knowledge its a very straight fwd case no hidden complications n i donno wot they r trying to find out of it n also havnt received ny verification call at ma office so lets c whr its gonna end up.......
ma timelines are:
Application reached HO : 18/12/2007
Payment done (through CC): 19/12/2007
Reference No (by calling HO):10/01/2008
Status: WAITING
lets hope for d Best n Gudluk to evryone! jus keep posting ur status....

My application received at HO on 22/01/2008. still waiting for the Decision!!

I sent Union Council Birth Register page(Union Council Staff said tht it is considered as Birth Certificate) which is taken by Birth Register from the Union Council & its in Urdu. I also sent English Translation of Birth Register Page from some private translater from Universal Translater Islamabad Abpara Market.
Kindly tell me will HO consider this Birth Certificate positivly or not.????
I need ur worthy comments on this!!

I think the actual Birth certificate is d one that is computerized n issued by NADRA n dat can easily b get from ur union council office it is in english n urdu so u dont need to get it translated from nywhere...... m not sure abt the birth certificate dat u hav mentioned m afraid if its gonna help u :s may b someone else who has gone thru dis can guide u better!!

That may not help. BUt now forget about it. You have already sent your application. just pray now. YOu should have sent your original matric certificate as it also considered as a DOB proof....no worries. hope for the best...

Jimmy, I sent My all original Matric,Intermediate & BS (Hons.) Degree & Transcript along my application. Matriculation Certificate will realy consider as Birther Certificate......???

Hi Jam
m afraid if ur metric certificate gonna help :s as caseworkers r very restricted n they only accept the required documents as a proof n as far as i know they only consider ur Birth certificate or ur orignal driving license as an age proof.
thr can b one possibility that u send HO ur orignal birth certificate n ask them to consider it as an additional document for ur case bt make sure it reaches thr before they make ny decision on ur case!!!

I will suggest that you must call them instead waiting for email... If they reply through email... then it will be just like that your applicaiton is under consideration...

If you call, then you have good chance to extract some indepth status of your applicaiton. If you want to call them, i will suggest you to call at earyl hours.
