Visiting Irish born Child in Ireland

Post by Anne89 » Wed Apr 19, 2017 11:51 pm

Hi,

Me and my new born are Irish citizens but father is from india and is working in Malaysia.
Is there anyway father can apply for a pass to come in and out of ireland instead of going through a 90 day visa process when he wants to visit us?

Thanks.

Unfortunately No is the short answer. Everyone that is non=EU has to go through the visa application process EU rules
