I am currently outside UK since about last one year and I want to now come back but want to apply for my wife visa, Is there any way I can met financial requirement from here? as I am not sure if I have to be in the UK to sponsor her or I can do it while I am outside UK?

You can technically apply for it from abroad BUT how are you going to meet any of the requirements such as housing, finance? Do you have savings in the UK over 62.5k?

Overseas income can be used if it meets the requirement AND the BC spouse has a job to start within 3 months of arriving back.

I have worked with the same employer since 2010 and there is gap of about year and half and now starting the same job, will I not able to submit application from next month or do I have to maintain it for 6 months and then submit application?

You need 6 months pay slips and 6 months corresponding bank statements proving your salary meets the requirement.

I was not very sure about tax implications and was looking to consult with accountant in UK but I am working on my own here but not through Ltd company, although I have ltd company registered in my name which I did about years ago before going to UK.

Yes I invoice them monthly and get paid in UK bank account.
