Had Tier 2 VISA extended in march. But COS says in Progress

Hi,
I got my Tier 2 extension in march.
Today when HR logged into the SMS system, it says
Current CoS status: WORK IN PROGRESS
When they clicked on view details, it wasn't even complete. It had my old home address. It was not showing my Job title and Job type also.

I am in a process of applyign for my wife.

anyone know what is happening?? Really tensed now...

Ok..silly mistake..
They used my old passport to search for COS.
My COS is there...
