Tier-2 Job title & job advertise

Dear Members,

Kindly request all of you please advise on below issue.

I am on tier -1 visa and want to change it to tier-2 visa.
I have given interview in one company and they have selected me . Next week company is going to apply cos.

But I have some concerns -

- When company have advertise job for market labour test they not mentioned salary range . They just mentioned as appropriate salary. (Actuall Salary they are going to offer me is arround 40 k per month.)
Will that be problem when UKVI will issue a COS?

- Actuall job work description they have mentioned in advertise meet the criteria of Level -6 job role.
But the job title mentioned in advertise is level 4 (production planner).
Will be the problem?

When I have asked Company Solictor they mentioned me that will not be an issue.i don't know what will happen.

Please could you advise your opinion on this?

28.20 When carrying out the resident labour market test, you can only use the
advertising methods set out in this guidance. The job advertisement must be in
English, unless based in Wales where it may be in English or Welsh, and it
must include all the following:
 the job title
 the main duties and responsibilities of the job (job description)
 the location of the job
 an indication of the salary package (including allowances) or salary range or
terms on offer, the ‘Rates of pay’ section has more information
 skills, qualifications and experience needed
 the closing date for applications, unless it is part of a rolling recruitment
programme - if it is a rolling recruitment programme, the advertisement
should show the period of the recruitment programme
