OP is not entitled to benefits as outside the UK for a substantial time. DLA I believe is not paid for depression and anxiety. However I do understand that with a husband and children in S.Korea, this is likely not an option, but it is just something you could look into, as you are suffering and have these conditions, then that does change things somewhat and I really do not know whether you would have to have that diagnosed in the UK or not, I am no expert, but I just know that certain medical conditions do affect the requirements for spouse visa application.
