Help to buy scheme for new build homes on Tier 2 (General)

Hi all

I am on Teir 2 (General) and planning to buy a new build flat. I want to know can I take Help to Buy scheme?

Is help to buy scheme a public benefit?
Is it applicable to Teir 2 or not?

Hi Casa,

It was launched in 2013 till 2016 initially.
In October 2016 the scheme again has been extended till 2021.
