Tier 2 General - Switching Company - Hold Application

Hi All,

Applied for Tier 2 General (Switching company) visa on premier service but UKBA hold my application and said they had couple questions to my sponsored company, can anyone of you know what exactly UKBA will looking from sponsored company and normally how many days UKBA will hold my application.

They will likely be checking the RLMT process and whether it is a genuine vacancy meeting all the requirements.

There is no set of questions what they want to know but generally the questions are regarding the genuinity of rlmt, anything regarding soc code or working hours/salary proposed.
No one can predict how long they will keep it for.
