Need advice for Widraw Eu Treaty rights application ..

Hi Every one .
One of my friend she got married in 2015 and apply EU treaty rights application which was Refuse for some reason and she applied in appeal which was still on processes .
Now she got Refugees Status and also get her GNIB card .now she wants to Widraw her case under EU treaty Rights.
So kindly can you advice us what is process and how to Do ?
And did she gonna face any issue Widrawing case ?
Any kind of Advice will appricate .

Hi there
Withdrawal of an application does not affect the other stamp..
Just tell her to write in Eu treaty department regarding withdrawal with all details..
They will send an acknowledgment basis on that..
Make sure she does register post and also a email to them as back up..

She send Email to Department already .she got Reply
Give a Reason why you Widrawing Your application if you leaving state so please provides us Evidence .l
So did we have to tell them that she Granted Refugee status .
And she hold a valid GNIB Card .
Or just mentioned she granted Refugee status .

Not to worry they can see her status in the system if they want ..
Just mention them my refuge status is granted..
And mention I didn't know I can not submit two application at a same time .
Actually she has to apply for one route not two routes at a once..
Well she can mention her current status nothing to fear of ..
Do u mind me asking where she from ?
