H1B visa which documents do we need

Hi Forum,

my company would like to send 5 people to the US for training purposes.

below are their nationalities.

Lithuanian (need the visa) EU citizen

Indian (need the visa) HSMP

Pakistani (need the visa) IGS


Dutch ( don’t need the visa)


British ( don’t need the visa)

i know that Dutch and British don’t need to apply for a visa. but what about other people what documents do we need for them to sort their visas.

they will be going to US for a 5 days training. and the training is only allowed in the US and not anywhere else.


the earliest time for the appointment is 14th March. will they be able to get the visa before they can fly on 28 March.

please advice.

Do you mean B rather than H1B? Can't imagine why someone would need H1B for training.

the company is going to send these five employees for a 5 days training on Forensic which is only available in the US.

thats why they want to apply for a B1 visa.

please advice
