Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) error

Hi,

Yesterday I booked premium service appointments for FLR (M) of my wife and children.
While booking the appointments, when it came to IHS the webpage was redirected IHS site. I filled the required information, provided my card details, clicked finish button. It came back with an error page. But I received an email confirming the payment was successful and it has a transaction reference number in the format IHSXXXXXXXXXPA01|2017-05-04T21:52:12. Money was also deducted from my bank account.

I logged in to the https://visas-immigration.service.gov.uk, provided the IHS number received in the email and booked the premium service appointments.

Is it the correct IHS number? As it ended up with an error, later I got a doubt about the IHSNumber.

Hi,
Flr(M) Premium booking for Main applicant with two under 18 children how much i have to pay, is it £590 only or 590x3= 1,770.

Same thing happened to me on 19th April. Went to appointment and everything was fine.
