hay i am newly registered on here i need some help if some one can help me here

I came here in 1993 and my cousin together and i applied in May 2008 ILR on 14 years based and my cousin applied in Oct 2009 both went court and got ILR . I got in June 2010 and he got in Sep 2013 after long battle with UKBA .He applied nationality in 2015 and been refused on good character and told to apply in 2023 but later in JR 2016 UKBA stated they he can apply in 2019 OCT as he submitted his application in 2009 so 10 years will be finished for good character in Oct 2019, now i would like to apply nationality so can i apply in 2018 according to his decision my 10 years will finish in MAY 2018 I have his decision latter where they admitted later that he can apply in 2019 before that likely will be refused again, if someone can tell me about this thanks in advance

If you got ILR in May 2008 then yes, provided you meet all the normal requirements, you can apply in May 2018.

i applied in 2008 May but took 2 years and got in June 2010

If I was you, I suggest you wait till June 2020 then.

Yes CR001 you are right but when i seen my friend decision where they said first 2023 but later they changed his time to 2019 as he applied in 2009 accordind to his decision they done when he went in protocol latter for JR.
