TB Certificate requirement for Indian applying from Kuwait

Hello

I am an Indian and i plan to apply for a Tier-2 dependent visa from Kuwait. My wife is Working in UK on a Tier-2 visa.

i am residing in Kuwait since last 10 months and the UK Visa rule says that i will not require a TB certificate if i have stayed in the a country for over 6 months where TB Test is not required

However i have visited India last month for 2 weeks to meet my family.
Do i still need to take TB Test while applying for Dependent visa from Kuwait?

The UKBA Website does not show any TB approved Test Centres in Kuwait.
