Temporary stamp 4 EU1(A) Defecto (Partner) of EU citizen

Post by Humza44 » Wed May 10, 2017 11:57 pm

Hello everyone, I appllied for EU1(A) Pratner (Defecto) application on first week of Febuary 2017 i recieved the acknowledgement letter 5 weeks after submission of my application end of March 2017 they asked for further documents within 15 working day and it states A decision on your application will be made on the basis of documentation on file in due course. They didn't issue me any temporary stamp 4

I already submitted most of the documents first time when we made our application but anyways

I submitted the required documents after 10 days within given timeframe it's been more than 5 weeks after submission of required documents i haven't heard back from INIS i'm still waiting for my temporary stamp 4

Any one in same situation please share and guide what to do next are they going to issue me one or shall i contact them back and ask for temporary stamp please help thanks in advance

Did you apply for Partner (Defecto) visa or Spouse and did they get back to you after submission of requested documents

De Facto Relationships with an Irish National or Irish Resident.

The Irish Resident (Sponsor) can be Irish citizen, EU/EEA citizen, non EU/EEA citizen with valid permission to reside (hold a legal residency) in Ireland on Stamp 1, 4 or 5.

Similar situation here. Got married while partner was on C visa. Had to apply to remain in Ireland. Married June 2016. Sent application July 2016 after talking to Immigration. Got letter after a couple of weeks asking for usual P60s Insurance etc. All sent away before the expiry of C Visa. Heard nothing from them exept to say they recieved documents and it currently takes 9-12 months. No Temp stamp 4.
