Zero ... nil ... nothing ! There is no minimum income requirement as such, certainly not for the person applying on form EEA2. Totally OK, for example, for that person to be a housewife, or househusband!

But for the EEA citizen, they need to be exercising an EU Treaty Right, and they will struggle to do that without producing some income. But again, no minimum level needed.

Hi!

What about the income requirement for :

1. the holder of a spousal visa based on marriage to a British citizen. Will you meet the requirement of ability to maintain yourself if you are a housewife/husband ?

2. the holder of a visa based on para 248 of the Immigration Rules (having an access to a British/settled in the UK child) . According to the rule he/she has to maintain him/herself. Does it mean he/she can not have a sponsor for this purpose,e.g. a cohabiting partner, as well as live in a cohabitating partner's accommodation?
