Mistake in EC application for spouse

Hi,
I applied for EC yesterday for myself and family. In the VAF2 form as answer to question no 6.3.1(Are you related to the sponsor?), we put the marriage date as 3-Jun-2002 instead of 4-Jun-2002 by mistake. The date in the original marriage certificate attached is 4-Jun-2002. How can can i correct this mistake or inform the HC before they consider our applications? Your valuable suggestions are welcome.
