Visa Not Given Same Day Premium Service - What Happens NEXT?

Hi All,

Applied for Tier - 2 General yesterday at Croydon Premium Service Centre along with my wife.

Applied for Business Consultant - £26000 p.a 37.5 hrs a week.

Waited 4 Hours at the centre and eventually I got the paper saying they can't decide today and need more time to decide and have been allocated to another team for further inquiries ?

Was very forward application with very good imigration history.

What could possibly happen next ?

Do you think they will visit our office to confirm ?

Anyone with same experience.
