Universal Credit to Non Universal Credit

Hi,

I wonder if someone can respond please. I have moved from a Universal Credit area to Non-Universal Credit area. I used to receive UC money, however since the move to Non UC area my payments have been nil. I have looked on the online calculator which shows that I can get some benefits help. Can I close the universal credit claim and then make a new Non UC claim? I have moved from London to Manchester btw if that helps. Any advice is helpful. thank you
