Upgrading to Priority Service after Application Received

Has anyone recently upgraded to Priority after receiving the "application received" email from Sheffield?

If so, can you please share how.

Unfortunately I don't think this is possible as the VFS centres run this and it's put in at the time of application.

It is definitely possible at VFS centres in Pakistan at the time of the bio-metrics.

I think the question raised is more about whether it is possible after the bio-metrics and application date both. I have never heard about this but if there are truly exceptional reasons (flight dates etc not bing an exceptional reason) then you can try to escalate it.
