FPS employee start date and Number of Hours in the FPS.

Post by bubbly123 » Tue May 16, 2017 8:27 am

Dear Zimba88/senior members,

I am applying for my Tier1 Entrepreneur 50 K extension in end of June.

1. I have employees start date in the FPS but there isn't number of hours worked in FPS, but I got the number of hours mentioned in the payslip.

2. Is it compulsory to have Number Of Hours to be mentioned in FPS.

3. Employees start date has to be in all 12 months FPS or just the First month FPS when they started working for my company.

Please guide me.

Dear Bubbly123, I dont know which software you are using. Normally there are 4 versions of FPS.

1) Medium
2) Detailed
3) Compact
4) Extended

You can ask your accountant to provide you Extended versions for all your FPS. If the employees hours are showing on wage slips so it must be shown on extended version. Also the advantage of extended version is all details mention on it.

You can also type on google FPS Extended version and click on images so you can get an idea.

Hop this will help you.

P11 can also be sent.
Employee start and leaving dates are also on p11's.
Accountant letter can also be sent.

Dear Momi,

P11 is not an acceptable document. They require FPS / RTI

Where it says on policy guidance that they need fps for employee Start and leaving dates?
In policy guidance they clearly say that they will accept p45 or p46 as well.

Read the guide. If something is not required then it is NOT required. Start dates usually show up during the month your employee started work.
