Switching employers on Tier 2 General

Hi all, is it possible to switch employers on a Tier 2 General visa? I know that the new employer would need to undertake a RLMT; however, would I have to leave the country for 12 months to 'cool off' as I am already on a Tier 2 General visa?

Yes you can switch in country.

If you are switching your employer- you don't have to leave the country. why don't you browse gov website for your options- it tells you clearly everything.
