Tier 2 ICT issues before April 2011.

Hi Experts,

A friend of mine is issued Tier 2 ICT visa in October 2010 and he has been in the UK since. Is he eligible for settlement in the UK or not?

No, not visa the ICT route.

Is it any ICT, because I am still under the impression that any tier 2 ICT issued after April 2011 one cant get settled in UK.

Any ICT visa issued on or after 6th April 2010 cannot get ILR based on ICT.
