Need your guidance - On getting dependant Visa for Spouse

Hi,

I need your kind advice regarding Dependant Visa

I am going to get married soon, I am a HSMP holder working in UK

I may be visiting India just 2 weeks for marriage. Is it possible to get Dependant Visa to my future wife within 2 weeks in India? or will it take longer time?

Do we need to book flight tickets for dependant before getting the Visa or after?

and Can we apply by post or should go in person to embassy? and where to get application form and what all documents required

Not necessary to response to all my question, even if you can answer some, I will be grateful

Hi Hari

Last week by Brother got his wife in UK. its very simple

Remember the following

1. you need a marriage certificate.
2. Need to show house details in UK, like house contract
3. six months salary slips and bank statements

and you or your wife needs to go in person to the vfs office for biometric identification
