Question on IHS refund

Hello everyone
Me and my on dependent successfully extended Tier 1 Entr visa in February 2017 but we had received only £200 IHS back instead of £400. I paid £600 for myself and £600 for my wife so in total were due to refund £400. we had got the £200 on the same day when we received our BRP. Could anybody let me know how to contact UKvi for other part for IHS refund? many thanks

Dont bother mate . Let them decide and send it t you if they have to.

I hear one of them got an IHS refund and following that a rejection
Another one got his IHS refund and following that an interview letter
I havent received anything since 3 months except for complex letter after biometrics
IHS refund timelines is not clear, nor its credit dosent mean anything.

If at all you try and contact them please update your response from them.thanks

You are missing my point bro, I have got my extension 3 months ago and received only £200 back on the day when received BRP. I should have received £400. now seeking help if some one know how to contact them regarding the remaining £200.

Hi Iam sorry I didnt notice the BRP bit. Well then you dont have anything to worry then. Try to contact the sheffield team. One of your letters would have the case workers name. I woudl recommend post them a letter asking them with your case ID. By the way congrats mate !
