About 2nd job (Tier-2)

Hello.
I am a Tier-2 UK Visa holder. I have a question about the 2nd job. I know the limitation of 2nd job in the UK. I am asking about working with the USA company while I am living in the UK. Is there any limitation of working online with a company in USA for Tier-2 visa holder in the UK?

How many hours per week will you work?

Is the second job in the same field/SOC that you are currently employed?

International Payment. (About the tax I have to give the company my Tax code is that ok? or should I pay the tax separately?

Not more than 20 hours.
Is the second job in the same field/SOC that you are currently employed?
Yes it is.
