Please need your's urgent valuable advice, at here always very helpful...

I'm an Non-EEA National and have been married to an EEA-National since July 2010 and still married, although She started an application for Divorce... already signed the consent too. I had P.R more than 1.5 years, want to apply for my B.C, already booked an appointment with NCS, if they ask about my EEA partner's Passport what shall i do ?? My EEA partner has now refused to give me her Passport to support my application for B.C

Can i apply for Naturalization ? ? ? Can anyone help me please...

Not relevant to submit an EU citizen passport. The only reason the form has this piece is there are slightly different requirements if your spouse is a British Citizen, which are not relevant to you. For nationality purpose, British Citizen spouse is not an EU citizen spouse. You are NOT repeating the residence card and PR process. Citizenship is a completely different set of laws and rules. NCS should not ask for it anyway as you are applying based on 5 years residence in your own right and you have your PR card and therefore no longer reliant on your EU spouse for immigration purposes.

Becoming a British Citizen is an individual thing, as you are already settled i.e have confirmation of PR, all evidence needed for BC application is information about you.
It might be a good idea to print a blank BC application form just in case you've filled sections of the form that you didnt need to fill/dont apply to you.
The NCS staff should check it section over with you anyway.

I don't think you need anything other than the below for a JCAP application:

1. All Passports (to support 5 year residence)
2. BRP PR Card/Passport with PR Stamp in it
3. LIUK
4. English Language requirement
5. 3 photos (including Passport application)
6. Passport application form

You're welcome, is there any reason why you're just doing the application and not a JCAP? if application is successful and you become british you'd still have to fill out a passport application, provide new references and attend a first passport interview at a location that adds additional costs (transportation).
whereas with a JCAP, if application is successful you dont have an interview and the same references are used, you just wait for your passport in the post once you've attended your ceremony and given your certificate. This cuts out the additional hassle in my opinion. If your local council don't have JCAP service you can always use a different council, the benefit of doing it all together outweigh the post ceremony process, most especially because you'd need a british passport when you become british at some point and still have to pay the passport fee. Just a thought, up to you.

I have just tried to apply for a British Passport, I have been in the United Kingdom since 1989 when I was 5 years old. I am now 33 and looking to apply for UK passport Adult 1st, I have Indefinite Leave to Remain in United Kingdom Since 1999 when I was 16. It would be better you open a separate thread in the forum where you are likely to receive advice from members experienced in this aspect of British nationality law. Years spent in the UK alone do not automatically lead to British citizenship. Your father's naturalisation also does not necessarily confer citizenship to you, though I believe he could/should have registered you for BC in 2002, at the time.

I applied for BC in 18th of April 2017 through NCS , I only received an email on the 5th of May 2017, no letter of confirmation, no letter for biometric, no money taken from my account.
This is more than one month now. Please any suggestion on what to do.

Your relationship with your eea sponsor is irrelevant when applying for BC. Only information about you is required that's why I provided that list above. NCS staff just need to see evidence of your settled status i.e. PR. If you apply for BC and passport(JCAP) at the same time the references used for your BC application will be used for your passport application and importantly if your BC application is approved you won't need a first adult passport interview.
If you submit a BC application and that is successful you must attend a separate identity check interview before a passport will be issued.

You are missing the point completely. You are NOT required to submit you EU (non British) spouse passport or your marriage cert if you are applying in your own right based on 5 years residence.

Submitting the spouse passport is a requirement for a person married to a British spouse and apply based on 3 years residence as the spouse of a British Citizen.

You are missing the point completely. You are NOT required to submit you EU (non British) spouse passport or your marriage cert if you are applying in your own right based on 5 years residence.

Submitting the spouse passport is a requirement for a person married to a British spouse and apply based on 3 years residence as the spouse of a British Citizen.
