Hi Khali8 - i did it myself but contacted citizen adviser for review before sending it!

ok fatimaah....did you see them face to face or you get help over the phone.. I am about to apply for my divorce but i don't understand the term (consent order) in divorce. Does someone still needs to apply for consent order even the both parties dont have anything to share like any property, any savings, no children etc..

please advise fatimaah

I went there with my filled form plus marriage certificate! In my case a child was involved so i do not really know about filling consent form if there is nothing to be shared! My guess will be that you do not need it!!

I am filling divorce and the reason is adultery coz she having a affair with another and now have baby as well with him... So I am confused while I fill the form should I mention in the form where they asked about kids like do you have kids together... I think I should not mention it coz that's not my kid and his other father is taking the responsibility for this kid. Should I just mention how and when I found out about she was seeing another man.. That's all...
And when my wife will get the respondent letter from court will they ask her like how many kids do you have etc???
And did you appear in court in front of judge and how long did it take all together in your divorce

On completion of the interview process your client application will be prioritised for immediate consideration in line with our aim to improve customer service and processing timescales..

I appreciate if someone had previous experiences and if they can help me out

Sorry for late reply , i was only in interview . Lady who suppose to take my interview called sick same day and another immigration officer in uniform took my interview after 1 hour of waiting. I think they have some doubts on my application but for me I was very confident for interview and I cleared very confidently as well. The thing surprise me that they send me interview letter with immediate decision and I am still waiting for my RC. I hope insaallah I will get it asap.

3. Fees debited – Tue 21 October 2014 (EURO LIVERPOOL GB)
4. Confirmation of receipt – Mon 27 Oct
5. COA with right to work – Thurs 30 Oct 2014 dated 27 Oct 2014
6. Interview Fri 20 Feb 2015
7. RC (Me and baby) received 3 Mar dated 26 Feb
8. They did not use the special delivery envelope i provided, but all docs were sent back.

Thanks for your reply Fatimahh, I can see that you got your RC within 12 days but in my case they took so long and it's surprised me too because they send letter before interview contents immediate decision and it's more than a month and no decision yet. They shouldn't send letter like that if they still wanna take long time. I hope insaallah I will get it asap.

Hi.i dont understand why they inviting for interviews when u applying on ROR base?i think it can be mistake and your legal adviser didnt clear it that you applying after divorce?

Ya my solicitor already mentioned that it's ROR application and submitted divorce papers as well . In fact I was very happy when I saw email to attend interview as I thought they changed their way of processing applications and delivering quick decisions but after interview they are taking same time as usual so immediate decision was just promise . I was very confident before interview and inside interview as well as my marriage was genuine and I was ready to answer any questions. If anyone who spent long time with their partner I think any questions are easy for them to answer in interview from home office as I did.
