ILR & Dependant

Post by brstl_2017 » Wed May 24, 2017 8:06 pm

Hello, I am applying for ILR under Tier-2 G 5 year route next month.

Spouse's documents have delays. So can spouse continue in existing Tier-2 G Dependant visa (which is valid for another year), after I get my ILR?

Is there time limit for that before which I need to apply Spouse ILR?

Also any impact on my or Spouse ILR due to this situation?

Thanks.

There is no requirement for her to switch to FLR(M). She can continue on her PBS dependent visa till she qualifies for ILR.
