I also have question about investment after T1E extension. Should we consider that points for investment has been given as T1E extension is approved and we do not need to submit evidence for investment while applying for ILR. I would also like to request Zimba & other seniors to clarify this please.

You can but HO can request to see if you invested and spent your money fully. If not, your ILR could be refused.

Tier 1E conditions will only apply to people with a Tier 1E visa, so they not apply to someone with ILR.
Under ILR, you have no restrictions to work or live in the UK.
