Hi Everyone,

My question is about my parents who are currently living in UK and has Pakistani passports where as I am British national . They came to visit me in 2014 but then due to fragile security situation in Pakistan I didn't let them go back to Pakistan. I applied for their permanent stay visa with UK home office (human rights basis)but that was rejected in 2016 (including all appeals and JR).I am Accountant by profession and Now as I got a job in Accounts Firm in cork all I wanted to know is can my parents move to Ireland with out obtaining Irish visa and will they be able to apply for permanent stay once they reached Ireland ??? What are the chances for their visa in Ireland And last thing is will UK rejection has any impact on their immigration application in Ireland ??? What are chances for their visa in Ireland .

yes your parents can apply, they can go with you by car and have to live with you, you need to show your parents financially dependency before moving to Ireland e.g. UK bank statement showing money transfer frm your account to their accounts or member of same household.

You should be aware that Ireland and the UK share immigration data so your parents overstay since 2014 and the failed application you submitted will be known.

As you said UKand IRELAND both share immigration data so in this scenario what are my parents chances of getting Irish visa ??? I mean ,will Irish refuse my parents application aswell by knowing that their application was rejected in uk or will they grant them visa under European law??? Please guide .

parent case have good chance here in ireland, it take 9-10 month at least. i apply in october still waiting.

my case in refused on 13 july, submitted review on 25 july, submit DNA test report to prove she is mother, refusal reason, she is not qualify member. 10 month granted til 25/05/2017.
