Tier 2 General (dependant visa)

Hello Experts
I am on Tier-2 General A rated sponsorship visa (5years). Im planning to apply visa for my wife who is in India.
My company has provided me maintenance letter which states that they will maintain and accomodate my wife for a period of one month.
My question is Should I provide tenancy agreement and utility bills ? Or just the maintenance letter is enough ?
